Downtime

I’m not sure if this is means I am slightly obsessive/compulsive or not, but, there is a certain etiquette I have to follow when dealing with Vending machines, particularly the ones that make you choose a Letter-number combination. There are only specific selection that I will choose, and have reasons for doing so.

So, I am compiling this little guide to allow you to choose your edible pleasures from a machine, the way that I would! 

There are some categories that they fall into; Negative, Positive, and Neutral.

Negative:

A2/E2 - I don’t care if my favorite item in the whole machine is there, I can’t choose A2 or E2, because of the betrayal it represents.  In Shakespeare’s famous quote from Julius Caesar, He cries out “Et Tu Brute!??” If thats not enough to keep you from eating the peanut M&M’s, then what is??

H8 - Pretty self explanatory. I simply will not feast upon hate, “not gon’ duit. wouldn’t be prudent” 

C6 - If theres a really tasty treat there, I’ll choose it, but I tend to shy away from it because it reminds me of seasick. 

Neutral:

The one is much broader, as my rule of thumb, is, if I can’t find an association with it, then it depends on what item is located there. A few would be d4, e9, etc.

 Positive:

This category is open to anything that I can associate a choice with, that doesn’t bother me. Some of my favorites;

C4 - I always say this out loud when I choose C4, “C4;It’s the bomb!”. This is in reference to the plastic explosive, C4, and I feel very witty, no matter how many times I utter this phrase! :) Also, most of the C’s can be attributed with sighting a number, such as C1 (or see one, but could also be Cone) 

B4, B8 - AHA! Actually, most of the B’s are ok with me, almost because they seem like little sentences, telling you to Be One, or Be two. etc. B4 (or before) is tied with B8 (or bait) IMHO! :)

 D1, D8, D2, - Here we have D1(Done, D8 (date), and D2 (as in r2-D2 from Star Wars.), 

A1 - As in the Steak Sauce
